Our single-story building was fully renovated in March 2025, and each suite is turnkey – simply unpack and start working the same day.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our private offices range from 80-260 sq. ft., available in windowed or non-windowed options. 

  • Each private office suite comes furnished with a desk and chair. However, you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. 

  • Each tenant is assigned a mailbox with a key. If the size of the package allows, it’s securely stored. Larger deliveries left in the lobby are not the responsibility of Gateway Office Suites.

  • Yes, the conference room is available for rent at $50/hour. Reservations can be made through the on-site manager. 

  • Our office building includes a front lobby and a shared breakroom, which includes a mini refrigerator and two Keurig coffee makers. (The tenant is responsible for Keurig coffee pods.) 

  • Yes, each office includes one dedicated parking space. Additional guest parking is available on-site, with extra spaces available for negotiation.
