Frequently Asked Questions

Our private offices range from 80-260 sq. ft., available in windowed or non-windowed options.
Each private office suite comes furnished with a desk and chair. However, you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer.
Each tenant is assigned a mailbox with a key. If the size of the package allows, it’s securely stored. Larger deliveries left in the lobby are not the responsibility of Gateway Office Suites.
Yes, the conference room is available for rent at $50/hour. Reservations can be made through the on-site manager.
Our office building includes a front lobby and a shared breakroom, which includes a mini refrigerator and two Keurig coffee makers. (The tenant is responsible for Keurig coffee pods.)
Yes, each office includes one dedicated parking space. Additional guest parking is available on-site, with extra spaces available for negotiation.
