Frequently Asked Questions

  • The main entrance is open to the public Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The building is accessible 24/7 for members with a key fob.

  • Yes. Daily pickup and weekly deep cleaning of the common areas are included. Members are responsible for cleaning inside their offices.

  • Each coworking space comes furnished with a desk, chair, and filing cabinet. Tenants are responsible for their own additional furniture. Gateway can provide a solution upon request for an additional fee. 

  • Each tenant receives a mailbox and key. Packages are placed in a locked package mailbox (if size allows). Larger deliveries left in the lobby are not the responsibility of Gateway Office Suites.

  • Yes. A professional conference room is available for rental at $50/hour. Reservations can be made through the onsite manager. 

  • No. Tenants must provide their own printing and administrative services. However, an Operations Manager is on-site approximately 16 hours weekly for general support. 

  • Our building includes a front lobby and a shared breakroom. This space includes a mini refrigerator and two Keurig coffee makers. (Keurig coffee pods are the responsibility of the tenant.) 

  • Yes. Each coworking membership includes 1 designated parking spot, with additional general-use parking available on-site for guests.
